Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This)
As some characters may have deduced from the mental side-effects of The Doctor leaving the Cape, something just may have a light touch in the minds of the people trapped here...
Starting on the night of Day 83 (June 19-21) and lasting until the night of Day 88 (July 4-6), this connection will be strengthened in a very specific way. Characters will be sharing dreams, whether they want to or not. The characters will not only be invading each other's dream, but there will also be a collective dream that they are all pulled into.
The collective dream takes the form of a city built out of crystals. (It looks a lot like the Minbari homeworld from Babylon 5, if you need some image reference.) The city is filled with faceless, human-shaped figures. Are they human? You character's eyes can't seem to focus on them enough to tell. The only clear people they can make out are each other, but one thing is very clear; the figures around them are afraid. Even if they don't run into each other, all characters will see the city at some point in their dreams during the event.
In sharing personal dreams, touchy truths may be revealed and characters may even wind up with some emotional bleed-over from the characters they dream with, feeling their emotions or even remembering a memory as if it was their own. Dreams can be as symbolic or literal as you like and characters may even dream of memories that they don't want people to see. Because dreams are all wibbly-wobbly (to borrow some very technical terminology from The Doctor), don't worry about open logs that seem to only have one option for resolution. It's all in their minds, so simultaneous things can happen at once. Repetitive/similar dreams aren't uncommon and when your character wakes, they may find that these dreams have overlaid in strange ways. Whether or not characters remember what they dream or not is up to you.
How will the dreams feel to my character?
Like any dream, they can feel as real or surreal as you like. One dream might feel so real that the character never questions it and another may involve entire cities inside a closet (though it's a dream, so they might still not question that). Physics in the dreams will operate exactly the way the character would expect them to, so if the character thinks they're awake, they won't be pulled a sword out of the air, but if they realize they are dreaming, they can totally Inception this shit if they would think to do so.
My character doesn't sleep!
Everyone will be able to fall into a sleep-like trance, either on purpose or by accident. Yes, even the robots and whatnot. If you think your character is truly incapable of their own dreams, they can still visit other people's dreams and be drawn to the city dream.
What a crock! My character can already do this!
Fun story, because if your character has mental abilities, during the event they will have a much easier time getting a little more invasive than usual. The double-edged sword is that they are also more susceptible to the emotional bleed-over mentioned above.
During the event, characters will also get a chance to look into the mind of an NPC.
Once the event is over, the mental link between the characters will return to its barely-there state. The sharing of dreams will be much more difficult, but it will still be possible for character who work at it. The crystal city will also still be reachable for characters who seek it out.

Galen, Booker, maybe Helena???
Booker will probably end up stuck with a lot of conflicting, confusing, and also shitty dreams involving his apartment in Manhattan, a door, "bring us the girl and wipe away the debt", a baby (what baby), and modern-day Manhattan ON FIRE. Who wants in on this, I KNOW U DO
Helena, if she's in (I just want to include her so I don't have to edit/add in later), will have a little bit of trouble differentiating between dreams and reality at first. Her dreams will involve bats and Sicily and the mafia and a faceless man and people leaving/betraying her, as well as some fun Catholic themes, FUN STUFF
