Allow me to introduce my new boy!

Hey everyone, this is your (un)unfriendly neighborhood Wolverine player. I wanted to wait until the dust from the move settled a little bit before introducing my new character. This is The Outsider (yea, that's his name... I'm hoping one of the others will give him a real name in time :3). He's from a video game called Dishonored, buuuuut don't worry if you've never heard of it I've written up a quick rundown of the world he's from (though this really isn't that important).

Little summary of him... in his dimension/world he's a god of the neutral chaotic type. He likes to give mortals options and see what they do with them. Outside of his dimension he's nearly a mortal, since his powers come from those who believe in him. He still has a handful of nifty abilities and one in particular that I'll need permission to use on your characters, so pleaaase go check out this post.
